Sword Health A Sword Health vai atribuir 20 bolsas de investigação na área da saúde, tecnologia e inteligência artificial (IA) e vai comprar uma empresa na área da saúde, cuja operação deverá ser anunciada no “próximo mês e meio”. “Prevemos estar em condições de anunciar a operação no próximo mês e meio”, disse fonte oficial à Lusa. O unicórnio com ADN português vai ainda atribuir 20 bolsas de investigação na saúde, tecnologia e IA, sendo que “a política de remuneração está alinhada com as práticas desta área, inspirada em fundações como a FCT, a La Caixa, entre outras”, adiantou a mesma fonte. A tecnológica anunciou também que vai dar um bónus anual de 20% a todos os colaboradores que vivem ou queiram mudar-se para o interior de Portugal, “abrangendo assim a totalidade dos concelhos considerados territórios do interior” e um salário mínimo de 1.305 euros. Estas medidas entram em vigor esta terça-feira, 1 de julho. Questionada sobre o modelo de trabalho dos cerca de 500 trabalhadores que têm em Portugal, fonte oficial explicou que estes “têm um modelo de trabalho flexível, alternando entre modelos híbridos e remotos, consoante as suas funções e a sua localização”. Estes “estão espalhados por praticamente todos os distritos de Portugal, desde Viana do Castelo, Guarda, Santarém até Faro”. A Sword está à procura de “100 novos colaboradores, sobretudo para reforçar as equipas” de IA, tecnologia, produto e operações e a maioria das posições em aberto pode ser desempenhada de forma remota. A Sword Health conta atualmente com mais de 1.000 trabalhadores, dos quais cerca de metade estão localizados em Portugal. Em 17 de junho, a tecnológica portuguesa tinha anunciado uma ronda de 40 milhões de dólares (quase 35 milhões de euros) que vai permitir continuar a reforçar em investigação e desenvolvimento e novas soluções de saúde, elevando a sua valorização para os 4.000 milhões de dólares (3.462 milhões de euros, à taxa de câmbio atual).
