急需赚钱的医疗大模型，还没找到杀手级应用 近期的西普会“AI For Health”论坛上，部分头部大厂玩家悉数亮相。在AI大模型“推动健康产业转型升级”的无限畅想里，谁都想抢占下一个新十年的发展先机。 客观而言，自2015年左右起，在上一个AI狂飙的阶段，深度学习、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等技术进步带动的“AI生产成本和使用门槛下降”，曾吸引近千亿资金砸向AI医疗赛道，带动了诸如AI制药、AI问诊、AI影像等诸多细分领域的快速发展，也催生一批如阿里、腾讯、科大讯飞等头部大厂，以及医渡科技、鹰瞳科技等相对具有代表性的新锐医疗AI企业的涌入。 但资本狂热背后的问题也十分明显，截止目前，其实少有企业真正实现了将人工智能这项技术和线下医疗场景有效整合的目标。“普通人”的体感不强烈、价值难以在财报中兑现，AI在医疗领域并未展现出预期般的效果。 当如何在合适的场景、让人工智能已恰当的方式介入，正在成为下半场的竞争关键时，以生成式AI为核心的大模型带来的又一次技术颠覆，能否成为新的解题思路？ 这次的医疗AI，有什么不一样 直到2013年左右，技术发展带来的算法层面统一，带动了AI生成和使用成本大幅下降，才使其“迎来第一个普惠阶段”。产业层面，医疗领域的上一代AI热潮也由此兴起：经训练后可以执行特定任务的AI，开始通过收集、分析和解释数据，逐步参与进辅助诊断、医疗影像、药品研发等诸多医疗环节。 而如今大模型时代的AI，则在此基础上再进阶，实现“从数据到模型、任务三者的全部统一”，其区别主要在于具备更强大的语言理解、推理泛化能力，可以更流畅地处理自然语言，生成高质量文本内容等。 这一阶段，“大模型的天然价值在于泛化”，智谱AI首席运营官张帆对36氪等媒体解释：“比如同样是识别病例，传统的独立模型逻辑下，可能需要做几万份标注，而且一旦病例的记录方式改变，这些标注就都浪费了。但大模型的思考逻辑更像‘人’，可能只需要学习十几份病例，就实现了将零散的知识进行迁移。因此，只要这个信息在它过去的语料中存在，就有可能答出不错的答案。” 其直观结果在于，两者的产品能力大不相同。另有从业者举例介绍，同样是做文本分解，传统的自然语言处理（NLP）或许能生成精确的结果，但在开放场景中与人类的自然语言进行交互时就会略显不足。相较之下，大模型能够在提出相对正确的问题、找到对应知识，并生成个性化建议；此外，由于大模型可以学习公开知识，也不需额外人力维护，能够节省下一些开发成本。 理论上，这些“进步”意味着人和AI应用的边界被模糊，人机协作式成长成为可能。传导至应用开发端时，寻找相关数据间的未知联系，或减少人工重复劳动等问题，自然就成为大模型在医疗领域功能开发的首选。 36氪注意到，西普会期间，许多大模型公司展示的企业级应用以智慧问诊助手、对话式数据分析等传统场景为主。比如猎豹移动智能和智谱AI都在尝试将大模型引入医药代表“学术营销”环节，开展药代与医生的实际对话训练、生成拜访纪要；阿提钛克瞄准了医生社交场景；云家族则开展针对老龄人群健康陪伴需求，打造“AI健康顾问”等。 不过，这些落地场景似乎只是用新技术把旧场景再做了一次。从终端效果来看，仅仅是技术逻辑迭代带来的功能升级——如百度方面给出的例子，将医生写病例的时间由传统AI的一个半小时进一步缩短至半小时不到——是否真的能解决“痛点”更严重的问题？我们是否应该期待大模型可以探索出更新的应用？ 对此，张帆坦言，现阶段的大模型产品“有用，但谈不上颠覆”。“杀手级应用的出现需要时间，今天的AI解决的问题看似差不多，但底层的技术逻辑已经完全变了，能够让我们加速AI能力应用的同时降低成本。此外，随着模型版本的快速迭代、模态逐步增加，应用范围也会越来越广。从这个路径上看，我相信大模型很快能够走入深水区。” 价值验证时刻，医疗大模型公司寻找赚钱之路
