Nuvo Group's Products & Differentiators

    Remote non-stress tests

Under provider prescription, remote NSTs with INVU allow for the completion of non-stress-tests, a common and frequent test administered in the last trimester of high risk pregnancies to monitor fetal heart rate and uterine activity, ensuring that a pregnancy is progressing healthily or to quickly identify when intervention is needed. INVU can be used to monitor NSTs wherever mom is scheduled for an assessment under the supervision of her provider. Mom can sit for the NST from the comfort of her own home and see a high-level view of the data while her provider gets an immediate reading of the detailed data from a session, identical to the strip of data they are used to seeing from in-clinic NSTs.

Global Fetal Monitoring Bands Market Seeing 7% CAGR Surge Due to Growth in Home-Based Care by 2030

Jun 4, 2025

Search jobs 04-Jun-2025 Global Fetal Monitoring Bands Market Seeing 7% CAGR Surge Due to Growth in Home-Based Care by 2030 The fetal monitoring bands market is experiencing steady growth, with a projected CAGR of approximately 7% over the forecast period. This growth is driven by the rising focus on maternal and fetal health, greater adoption of non-invasive fetal monitoring techniques, and the expanding use of remote and home-based fetal monitoring solutions. Additionally, declining fertility rates have led to an increase in advanced maternal-age pregnancies, which require closer monitoring due to higher risks. Technological advancements in fetal monitoring devices are also enhancing signal stability and improving patient comfort. However, factors such as the high cost of advanced fetal monitoring systems and limited access to healthcare in low-resource settings may hinder widespread adoption. Fetal monitoring bands are specialized medical accessories used to secure transducers or sensors in place during fetal heart rate and uterine contraction monitoring. These bands help ensure stable signal acquisition, improving the accuracy and efficiency of non-invasive fetal monitoring procedures such as cardiotocography (CTG). They are typically made of elastic, soft, and hypoallergenic materials to provide comfort to pregnant women while maintaining proper sensor placement. Fetal monitoring bands are widely used in hospitals, maternity clinics, and home-based fetal monitoring systems, contributing to enhanced maternal and fetal health surveillance. 🔗 Want deeper insights? Download the sample report: Rising Maternal Awareness and Preventive Healthcare Driving Demand One of the most significant factors driving demand for fetal monitoring bands is the increasing awareness among expectant mothers regarding fetal health and preventive prenatal care. As maternal education and access to information improve, more pregnant women seek regular fetal monitoring to detect any abnormalities early and prevent complications. Healthcare providers are also advocating for continuous fetal surveillance, particularly for high-risk pregnancies, where conditions such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, or fetal distress require close monitoring. Additionally, home-based fetal monitoring devices are gaining traction, allowing expectant mothers to track fetal movements and heart rates comfortably. The growing emphasis on maternal well-being has led to a surge in demand for user-friendly, non-invasive monitoring solutions. Fetal monitoring bands play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and stable sensor placement, enhancing the reliability of monitoring devices. Furthermore, government initiatives and healthcare programs promoting prenatal care have contributed to the increased adoption of fetal monitoring technologies. As more women prioritize proactive healthcare during pregnancy, the demand for high-quality, comfortable, and durable fetal monitoring bands is expected to grow, further driving market expansion. Advancements in Smart Wearable Monitoring Solutions Technological advancements in smart wearable fetal monitoring solutions are shaping the future of the market. The integration of wireless and Bluetooth-enabled monitoring devices has led to the development of smart fetal monitoring bands, offering real-time data transmission and remote monitoring capabilities. These advancements are particularly useful for telemedicine and home-based care, allowing expectant mothers to track fetal health without frequent hospital visits. Some modern fetal monitoring bands are equipped with AI-driven analytics, helping healthcare providers interpret fetal heart rate patterns and detect abnormalities with higher accuracy. Additionally, eco-friendly and skin-sensitive materials are being incorporated into band designs to enhance patient comfort and reduce the risk of skin irritation. With the rising adoption of digital healthcare solutions and connected monitoring systems, the demand for smart fetal monitoring bands is expected to accelerate, transforming maternal-fetal care standards globally.
