2025年7月 法人向け生成AIサービス利用動向調査に関する調査 ■ 法人による生成AIサービスの導入は今後も拡大、2027年末には59.2万社に到達 このような導入の広がりの背景には、生成AI技術の進化に加え、業務効率化や意思決定支援、創造的業務の補助といった多様な業務ニーズに応える柔軟性が高く評価されている点がある。特に、従来は導入に慎重だった中小企業や非IT系の業種においても、ツールの操作性やコスト面のハードルが下がったことで、導入のハードルが大きく低下している。 今後は、生成AIの利用が一部の先進的な活用事例にとどまらず、業務標準の一部として定着していくことが見込まれる。また、従業員規模や業種を問わず幅広い法人による導入が進むことで、ビジネスプロセス全体の再構築や生産性向上に寄与するインフラとしての役割も期待される。 ■ 生成AI導入済の法人は約4社に1社、導入検討中は46.2％ これに対し、「導入予定はない」と明言した企業は46.2％にのぼり、一定数の企業においては生成AIの導入に対する慎重な姿勢が根強いことがうかがえる。「答えられない」「わからない」とする回答もそれぞれ7.2％、14.7％存在しており、企業によって導入検討の進捗にばらつきが見られる。 ■ ChatGPTの利用率は52.1％で最多、Copilot・Geminiも4割前後の利用率 そのほか、Claude（Anthropic）が13.1％、Apple Intelligenceが11.0％、Notion AIが7.7％、GitHub Copilotが7.6％と続いており、用途別のAI活用が徐々に広がっていることも読み取れる。CanvaやGrammarlyなど、既存ツールに搭載されたAI機能の利用も一部に見られた。 全体としては、生成AIサービスの利用が一部の主要サービスに集中している状況にあるものの、業務領域や操作性に応じた選択が進みつつあり、今後はより多様なサービスの併用が広がる可能性がある。 ■ 利用者満足度1位はNotion AIで83.3ポイント、ChatGPTが 83.0ポイントで続く 主な生成AIサービスの利用者満足度を100点満点換算の満足度ポイントとして集計したところ、最も高かったのはNotion AIで83.3ポイントであった。次いで、ChatGPT（OpenAI）が83.0ポイント、Apple Intelligenceが82.1ポイント、GitHub Copilotが81.3ポイント、Google Gemini（旧Bard）が80.9ポイント、Microsoft Copilotが80.5ポイントと続いた。Claude（Anthropic）は77.3ポイントでやや下回ったものの、全体的に主要サービスはいずれも高水準の評価を得ている。 サービス別の傾向としては、文章生成やタスク支援に強みを持つ汎用型AIに加え、Apple IntelligenceやGitHub Copilotなど、OSや開発環境に統合されたサービスが高評価となった。全体平均は78.2ポイントであり、多くの法人ユーザーが生成AIサービスに対して一定以上の満足感を抱いていることが示された。 ■ 利用端末はWindowsノートPCが主流、スマートデバイスでも一定の活用広がる 一方で、「スマートフォン（iPhone）」は23.4％、「Android」は17.6％と、モバイル端末からの利用も一定数存在しており、Mac端末（15.8％）やタブレット（11.6％）の活用も確認された。業務用の専用端末や仮想デスクトップ環境からの利用は限定的であり、生成AIの利用環境は比較的汎用的なデバイスに集中していることが示唆される。 【本資料の調査結果・推計データについて】
