Con este desempeño, la compañía consolidó a Chile como uno de sus mercados estratégicos, junto a México . La expansión en territorio chileno se apoyó en su avance hacia la omnicanalidad en 2024, al incorporar transacciones presenciales a su oferta de pagos en línea. En ese contexto, implementó dispositivos POS, lo que facilitó la incorporación de medianas y grandes empresas. “Estamos procesando pagos en muchos sectores claves para la economía no solo de Chile, sino que de toda Latinoamérica. A nivel local, realizamos transacciones para grandes industrias, dentro de ellas combustibles , gas, retail y marketplaces y esperamos prontamente estar en sectores vinculados a la educación y viajes”, explicó Jaime Domingo, Chief Revenue Officer de Kushki . La empresa se posicionó como el cuarto mayor adquirente en Chile —considerando tanto actores bancarios como no bancarios— por volumen transaccional. Actualmente, procesa más de US$250 millones al mes en el país. “Estas cifras que fortalecen nuestra posición en el mercado nacional, nos han llevado a buscar nuevas soluciones y a mirar nuevas tecnologías de pago, tanto en Tarjeta Presente como en canal online, dentro de las cuales destacamos multiadquirencia, soluciones integradas a las cajas en modalidades cloud y App to App y tokenización de marcas, precisamente para ofrecer soluciones que se adapten a las necesidades de nuestros usuarios”, agregó Domingo. Estos resultados no sorprendieron a la compañía, ya que en 2024 ya había experimentado un crecimiento del 91% en Chile respecto a 2023, mientras que en México el alza fue del 56% durante el mismo periodo.
