但随着市场的发展, 快团私域里的货品正在与公域同质化, 快团上的款在其他平台都能买到了,这就导致原先私域的快团被拉到和 淘宝 、 抖音 、 小红书 这类公域平台同一水平去竞争了。 这个时候,平台的售后、质量问题、性价比的劣势就会非常明显了。消费者不管你这些,他一定是按照公域的标准来要求你的,你达不到就会用脚投票,这也是很多团长销量逐渐下滑的原因。 就像昨天一个客户说的,转型快团之后,生意反而不如之前了。 第二个原因:多层级的帮卖机制 对很多消费者来说,我从这个团长这里买的东西,发货、售后问题就应该找这个团长,但快团团后台的多层帮卖机制的 底层逻辑 是:很多链接的发货、售后、客服是供货商(开团团长)在负责,而且多数开团团长是不建仓自己发货的,需要跟像我们这样的工厂和供货商沟通对接。 中间环节一多就容易出现误差。 在这个过程中, 大量的帮卖团长是非全职、无经验状态, 听别人说可以兼职赚钱入得局,对产品品控、供应商遴选并不专业,只跟着大团长开团,用自己朋友圈的资源去变现。 对比下其他公域电商平台(比如桃宝)卖家,从产品到发货,从售前到售后,从专业度到服务意识,大量快团团长是远远不如的。 当然中间还夹杂很多大团长 跑路 、转行等各种问题。 至于很多消费者反馈的, 投诉 平台,平台不管的问题,实际上这可能是 拼多多 的整体风格, 不光是消费者找不到平台方小二,很多团长也找不到平台小二, 大量无法提现的团长也是投诉无门。 以上是看到很多朋友吐槽快团,我对其中的理解 但毕竟我们是商家,对于每一个团长来说,我们更应该去思考当下的问题我们存不存在,以及怎么去优化自己生意。 首先,私域的渠道,公域的的服务能力 时代不一样了,消费者经过了拼多多、抖音等新型电商平台的消费习惯培养后,仅退款、7天无理由、24小时及时客服已经成为了标配,不管大家之前是做什么渠道,只要是零售端,就要具备零售端的服务意识和服务能力建设。 售前、售后、情绪价值都要给到。 其次,货盘、跟团做减法 一定要相信这个逻辑:私域一定更多的是差异化和定制化,如果都是在帮卖公域的品,还不如不做,要仔细思考自己给客户提供的是什么价值,是公域找不到的货还是同等品质比公域更低的价格,是产品之外的额外服务还是人设情绪价值? 珍惜每一个客户,关心每一个客户,不能再大水漫灌,要更精耕细作了。 对供应商、开团团长要更审慎的筛选和合作。 再次,关注朋友圈而不是快团平台 千万不要把快团当成公域平台,而是要关注自己的微信客户、微信朋友圈、微信沟通,只把快团当成一个便于客户下单、统计订单的工具。 也要 教育 客户不要关注平台,而是关注我们团长自身。 还是要回归到私域运营的本质上来。 看到前几天那篇文章,我还是很兴奋的,很多关注这个号的都是商家和团长,问题这么多,一定存在着巨大的进步空间。 反过来想,永远反过来想。 冲突的地方往往蕴含着机会。
