Eén event, twee doelgroepen, talloze kansen Na bijna 30 jaar succes in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, komt dit beproefde concept nu voor het eerst naar Nederland. De show combineert twee sterk verweven thema's: interne IT-support ( Service Desk Show ) en managed services ( MSP Show ). Hoewel elk onderdeel zijn eigen focus en programma heeft, weerspiegelt het geheel de verwevenheid van moderne IT-dienstverlening. De beursvloer is verdeeld in twee zones met elk hun eigen kleur: De paarse zone richt zich op IT-teams binnen organisaties, met onderwerpen zoals ITSM-best practices, automatisering, gamification, SIAM en AI. De oranje zone is gericht op MSP's, in het bijzonder kleinere aanbieders met 15 tot 30 medewerkers die willen groeien of zich voorbereiden op een overname. Hier vind je sessies over sales, marketing, cybersecurity en bedrijfsgroei – waaronder een live paneldiscussie over fusies en overnames, met drie MSP-leiders die hun ervaringen delen. Onafhankelijke sessies en volop interactie De sessies vinden plaats in open theaters, midden op de beursvloer, zodat bezoekers en exposanten voortdurend met elkaar in contact staan. De theaters bieden plaats aan circa 60 deelnemers per sessie, en starten om 10:00 uur. Door het open karakter kunnen bezoekers makkelijk binnenlopen, meeluisteren of zich mengen in de discussies.
